What’s up, Insiders? DeucesJack, I’m at VapingInsider.com. Today, we’re going to be going over the QP Designs Fatality. Now, if you’ve watched the channel before, you know I kind of like some stuff that QP Designs do. Other stuff, I don’t. I wasn’t a fan of the Juggernaut. I was a big fan of the Khali RDA. Let’s see how the Fatality holds up.
Before we get into the video, head on over to our Facebook group. We’re going to have a link down below. The bigger the group gets, the stronger we get, the more informed we are. Head on over there and check it out. There’s a great group of people over there.
FROM TOP TOP BOTTOM
Here she is, what everybody wants to see, the QP Fatality. Just a beautiful-looking atomizer. Start off on top, as usual. Here is your drip tip right there. Nice, I like that frosted, almost clear type of look. It is a goon style drip tip. You can see the o-ring inside. All your other goons will fit fine. Pop it in there. It is nice and snug. A little bit of light knurling around the top here. You got some Fatality M25 branding. In order to take the top cap off, just give it a little twist, boom! It’s off. You can see, huge, monster, monster fill port holes. Love that. Big kidney bean-shaped, recessed, so you don’t make a mess. Most of the time, if I’m using a glass dripper, I just put the dripper aside and I dump the juice in there. It is awesome.
Now you can see something interesting on the bottom here. You have dual bottom airflow which is kind of neat. Let me check that out. You can adjust it. Whatever you do on one, happens on the other. Same thing on the top. Kind of cool, both air flows have stoppers on both ends. You also have seen that right there, you also have juice flow control. You can cut the juice flow off if you want to or you could open it back up. Totally up to you. I normally keep it wide open because I got a pretty good wicking game. So I’m not worried about that. On the bottom right there, you can see, Fatality M25 RTA, gold-plated pin, insulator ring around it, serialized on the bottom.
In order to get to the deck, you give the bottom a twist. Here’s the deck. Machining is actually pretty nice on it. I have definitely been enjoying it. You can see, basically, you got a postless deck right here and you got honeycomb airflow in the middle. I don’t know if you can see that right there. See that piece right there? That plastic piece, that’s honeycomb airflow. You got flathead screws for deck screws. Pretty simple, pretty easy to build. When you build this, you want to use your coil cutting tool. If you have something like this, you want to use the three and a half or four spots. I prefer the four spots. Now you can see, pretty, pretty easy to build. It’s not that hard at all. That’s why we’re not going to do a build. Here is your wicking channel right here. That’s where you want to drop your wicks into. You are going to need semi-long wicks but wicking has not been an issue on this tank at all.
Let’s install the bubble glass. Let me show you how. You just take this piece off, voila, that comes off. Take your bubble glass, pop it right on there, just like that. Take your top cap, fill port top cap, take that and just screw it right on there. Everything will tighten down and it’ll become nice and snug, just like that. Now we got the bubble glass installed.
Let’s go ahead and wick this thing. Get yourself a nice piece of cotton, make it pointy on one end and just send it right through. Now what you want to do, you want to cut it right where that black o-ring is, right there. Do the same thing on the other side. Measure it right down to that black o-ring and give it a snip. Now we’re going to take our other piece of cotton. We’re going to feed it through, make sure that other cotton doesn’t get in the way and now we can use the other cotton as a guide, just like that, just like that. Now here comes the easy part. Just take your cotton, see how nice and loose that goes in there? Look at how loose. That’s how you want it, nice and loose. You never want to overstuff your wicks. You never want to jam them in there or feel like you’re forcing them into place. Look at that. Look how nice and loose that is? That’s how you want it, just like so. The same thing on the other side, just repeat the process and you see that? Look how nice and loose. That’s exactly how you want it.
The juice we’re going to be using today, Johnny’s Juice, All Over Her Face. This is basically a peach nectarine and cream. It is awesome. Go check Johnny’s Juice out on Facebook.
Now what you want to do, you want to take some of your juice and you just want to start painting that cotton. Get it nice and saturated, make sure you get a little down below there, okay just get it nice and wet. Turn it around, do the same thing to the other side, repeat the process, get it down there. We just want to make sure we’re all juiced up. Maybe give it a test fire, make sure we got vape and there we go, we got vape. Those are some big coils so that’s why it took the coil master a little time to pull some because these are some big-ass coils. But you can see, we got vape and it smells fantastic. Now you want to take your tank section and just thread it on there and while your juice flow control is closed, just take your juice bottle and just crank the juice in there and fill her up. Now you take that top cap, put it right on there. Now we can adjust our juice flow control. See it opening up on the bottom right there? Open that thing all the way up and there we go, our juice flow control is open. And we’re ready to slap this thing on a mod and vape on it.

Alright, Insiders! Let’s go over the cons and the pros.
First con is going to be that dual bottom airflow. That side bottom airflow, whatever you want to call it, some people are going to think it’s kind of wacky. And it is kind of wacky-looking, aesthetically. But I will tell you this, it does work. But I still got to point it out because some people are going to look at that and going to be like, “That’s kind of wacky.” So we’re going to point it out as a con for the aesthetics of it, not for the functionality of it.
Price point. Right now, I’ve been seeing it around $55. That’s a little on the high side for an RTA. $55 means different things to different people. I know when it first came out, it was going for a lot more than $55 so take that with a grain of salt. Take it any way you want. It’s up to you whether $55 is a high price point for an RTA. I can see the value in it but I know some people are going to balk at the price.
The airflow on this, while it’s very smooth, it is a bit loud. Let me show you what I’m talking about. I got both halfway open. Listen to it. That’s a little loud, right? Now if I take them both and I open them both up, it even gets a little louder so it doesn’t sound like it wants to whistle. It doesn’t feel like it wants to whistle. It’s just a tad on the loud side.
And the last con is going to be, sometimes the AFC rings, they can be kind of tough to adjust because of the way it tapers up in the middle. You kind of got to slide your fingers in there and it’s hard to get a grip. I wish they would have put some knurling, some heavier knurling and sometimes it’s tough to adjust one or the other. I really wish they would have put nicer knurling on it so you could get a better grip.
But that’s it on the cons. Kind of nitpicky stuff. I know, that’s kind of what I do. I nitpick the hell out of things. But let’s get into the pros.
Cloud production on this one is awesome as well. Let me show you what we’re working with here. I got 98W at 0.21ohms on the janky Evdilo. Not bad. This thing is just a beast, baby.
It does have that juice flow control. I like that, that’s a pro.
You saw it down low. This one’s easy to build and wick.
It’s built well with good machining.
Again, we’re going to visit the price again. It’s $55. Like I said in the cons, I can see the value at $55. Some people, they may not. But I think $55 is a fair price point so I’m going to chuck it up on the pro side as well.
So that’s it, Insiders. Those are my cons and pros. Let’s talk about this one a little bit.
In my opinion, when it comes to flavor and clouds, this, to me, is one of the best RTA’s of the year. It’s kind of too bad QP Designs doesn’t think enough of me to send one of these to me for review. I actually had to get this from one of my subs, Max. Big shout out to Max for sending this one my way. I definitely appreciate it. He didn’t want anything in return. He just wanted to know what I thought about this RTA. So Max, this video is for you. Thanks a lot, appreciate you sending it out to me. This one is definitely DeucesJack approved. And I’ll tell you what, Insiders. I’m probably going to go buy myself another one. That’s how much I like it.
